Some switch cards do not have issue numbers but need start dates; others have an issue number and no start date. How does Creative manage this?

The only way to handle this is to make separate entries in the 'Credit Cards Accepted' (in 'Commerce Settings | Payment and Security | Configure Method') and call them something like 'Switch (No Issue)' etc and have a note on the page explaining the difference.

What does CVV2 stand for?

CVV2 is Credit Card Verification Value 2 - the three digits on the reverse side of the credit card.

Royal Bank of Scotland switch cards does not have an issue number - this is causing problems with ordering as none can be entered when asked.

Go into Commerce Settings, and then add a new card in payment details. This card must not have the tick box for issue number checked (Commercial Settings | Payment and Security). When you have done this, upload the site.

I have downloaded my orders and have one payment that says 'Payment with Invoice'. I only want payments with credit card details.

Choose 'Commercial Settings | Payment and Security' and remove all non-Credit Card options from the 'Payment Method' list.

How do I customize my site so the credit card details do not need an issue number in the checkout?

Choose 'Commercial Settings | Payment and Security', highlight the exact CC payment method and click Configure. Remove the tick from the 'Issue No.' check box.
