Shopping Software Training - Upgrade Issue

After upgrading to v8 get the following error when informing the site or downloading orders:
"The server scripts are unsuited with this account of Creative.... Server version 7 GBGA Customer version 8 xxxx"

The error is due to the site upgrade not being run during the upgrade to v8. This sometimes occurs when an earlier account is upgraded to v8. The problem can be resolved as follows:
- Open Creative.
- Choose 'Help | Troubleshooting' from the menu bar.
- At the bottom of the Troubleshooting dialog, choose 'Web Site Purge and Refresh'.
- Tick 'Delete Perl Files and restore from Normal folder'.
- Click 'Delete and Refresh'.

This will update the Perl scripts with the v8 scripts and refresh the site.

Important: Any Perl Script customizations will require being re-applied.

WI have lately upgraded my store, and when I try and upload or retrieve orders I get the following error:

If this error persists copy the Perl scripts from the Original subdirectory and try again.

Open Creative.
- Choose 'Help | Troubleshooting' from the menu bar.

I have upgraded Creative Ecommerce and may have corrupted the templates, is it possible to start the template upgrade to adjust the templates again?

Yes, start the Site Upgrade from the Creative menu 'Housekeeping | Site Upgrade'.
